It's worth collecting stamps, since AKZENT Hotels will treat you to a free overnight stay for 2 persons in one of our comfort double rooms in an AKZENT Hotel of your choice once you have collected stamps from as little as 3 stays in AKZENT Hotels!
And this is how it works:
As a hotel guest, you will receive a loyalty stamp for every 50 euros you spend on accommodation in the hotel and in the hotel restaurant. Simply present your restaurant bill when making payment at the hotel so that this amount is also taken into account. One you reach 15 stamps, you will receive a voucher for a free night's stay including breakfast buffet in a single room for one person. One you reach 18 stamps, you will receive a voucher for a free night’s stay including breakfast buffet in a double room for two people.
Your voucher can be redeemed in all AKZENT Hotels and all SWEDEN Hotels, the partner network of AKZENT Hotels.

How to redeem your loyalty stamps:
You can redeem your loyalty card when directly booking, i.e. by telephone, in person or by booking online using the hotel's website or www.AKZENT.de. Simply make reference to your loyalty card when booking. You can alternatively send your loyalty card to the AKZENT Hotels Marketing Center, whereby you will promptly receive an AKZENT hotel voucher to stay in an AKZENT hotel of your choice by post.
Please note a few rules:
- There is no entitlement to a loyalty stamp at special prices (including also the AKZENT Regular Guest Rate)
- A maximum of 6 loyalty stamps will be issued per stay
- Guests are only entitled to loyalty stamps for direct bookings
- The loyalty card must be stamped in at least 2 AKZENT hotels
- A cash payment of the hotel voucher is not possible
- The loyalty card is valid for 12 months after the date of issue and is non-transferable
- The voucher can only be redeemed when reference is made to the said voucher when booking
How to get your loyalty card and/or your regular guest card:
The loyalty card and the regular guest card are available in all AKZENT hotels.
